Sunday....On the road again. We drove 4 hours to Jacksonville to visit and have lunch with good friends Jim and Debbie. It was out of our way, but well worth it. Then we drove another 3 hours to southern Georgia. Monday we left the hotel at 4:30am and drove 13 hours. We ate brunch at a waffle house at 10am and supper at subway at 3pm. We arrived here at 4:30 pm (time change gained us an hour). I had finished 1 book Sunday and read a whole second book on Monday. Now it is back to the regular routine.
It was good to be home to house and horse. Almost all the snow has melted and it is 35 degrees outside. Today I unpacked, did laundry, picked up and put a bunch of stuff away, and worked on school work. I accomplished a lot in spite of the fact I was dragging all day.
